Mercedes timing chain help in Leeds.

Hoping for some local help please.

My work shed is a Mercedes C180, 14 years old but in good shape & reliable so I feel worth saving.

Since mid April it's been stuck at my local garage in Calverley with a busted chain. They haven't the tools to do it, someone else promised & has now backed out.

Any recommendations welcomed as to who I can tow it to.

I have not used them (yet) however a company called 'Prestige Motor Engineers' in Wakefield came highly reccomended to me to do some bits on my E350. Repsonsive on email/phone etc so give them a whirl.

I'm taking the '99 SLK into BM Autocare in Pudsey (just next to the Stanningly bypass) on Tuesday. They seemed happy with any age Mercedes, so they said.

Many thanks for both suggestions, logistically as it's only 2 miles to tow will contact BM in Pudsey first, reviews pretty good on both thou, after 4 months I need it back on the road.
