Farm eggs leeds bradford wakefield

Hi folks. Just wondering if any locals out in the sticks a bit know of any farms on their travels who sells eggs from their hens, usually honesty box type arrangements at the gate? I'm on M62 corridor from Chain Bar to Tingley and then the 650 to Wakefield centre is my usual route but don't mind travelling a little. Not working on the farms in N Lancs anymore and don't know anyone over this side.

Blue hills farm shop and lane end farm shop sell free range trays. Both just up from Chainbar. The flower shop in BIrstall village sell free range as well as the bakery. Years ago I could have done we had about 15 thousand at one point.

Thanks. I was thinking more along the lines of farms who have eggs spare from their hens and offer them in a cubby hole at the gate with an honesty box type arrangement. My experience of proper farm shops is that they always seem to cater for the yummy mummy Range Rover Waitrose types and flog questionable quality goods for 5x the price of everywhere else and 75% of the price is the "farm shop experience" with a fancy box and the warm fuzzy feeling of buying "local".
