I work with Matt Moxon (Focus ST) and he told me about your local meets. Basically I have a couple of mates (NOT chav`s in the slightest) who love our cars and I was wondering if we could come down to your next meet on the 16th of March. The cars would be as follows:

Toby - did you get any chance to have a word with your mate who's dad has a Diablo? I would still really like to check with my own eyes that one really won't fit through the garage door. Then at least I can either resign myself to keeping the 348 until we move house, or look for a "slim-line" 512 Testarossa

... and I never thought I'd regard a TR as "narrow"!

Nothing unusual Leigh. Rich's is in for some minor paint correction I think and mine is getting a nose paint and service.

It was only going to be the standard 48,000 mile service as the belts were changed 18 months ago, but Talkwrench heard some slight wear in one of the tensioner bearings, so I have asked him to whip the engine out and do a full belt change service including new tensioners, seals, water pump, rocker cover paint, the lot.

Let it never be said that I scrimp on servicing ... mainly as the consequences don't bear thinking about
