I'm frankly green with envy as I love snake and Winnats Pass! Sadly have agreed to spend weekend at parents and little bro's new house

Have a great time!

Oh No!

Have you seen the thread about the run out with the Ferarri people. It starts a JCT600 in Leeds an then onto Buxton. We're not doing the run but are hoping to pop down for a cuppa with everyone.

PS: Hope the exams went well

Don't supopose we can persuade some kindly soul to get some good pics of us on the move, similar to the one Gemini took on an angle of us all driving through Pool, except we should have a bit more spectacular scenery

Looks like it's "bye bye ferrari run Helllooooo TVRs

It has been suggested that I keep the exact route off line as some suspect that the read these threads and turn up in their own type of supercar.

What's the general consensus, post it or not?

Pyschobert - I'll leave the route planning to you as we're going to be in your neck'o'woods

I'll have a think about the route; let me know how many start points we may have and I'll see if we can converge somewhere. There aren't too many decent roads through this area, so it may be that even if we keep the route off line, it will be fairly easy to guess..

I think, depending on time, we could probably meet up with the other run, one of the roads I was thinking of joins the main road I would have taken from Leeds to Buxton. All depends on what time we start, where we stop for lunch and so on...

So, start points seem to me to be Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester. Any others?

Edited to add - who is coordinating the other run? I'll drop and email over and see if we can converge..

Well, seeing as I suggested that we should combine the North West lot with the Yorks lot, then maybe I should take responsibility for organising the Manchester side of things.

Any people who will be attending this from the Manchester side of the Penines let me know where you want to meet up and I will organise a route.

There was talk of a North West run happening on Feb 1st anyway but it seems to have died a bit.

I have mentioned our run on that thread so we'll see what happens.

Count me in mate, I'm not fussed where to meet really, I'm right on the East Lancs and the M60 and not far from the M6 so can do just about anywhere......(Don't start). May not be bringing the other half, due to her current condition she hardly fits in anymore !!

Hello Bugmeister , saw you and Mrs Bug on Telly recently, with a ridiculously large glass of wine.
Mrs Chim (should really be Mrs Tusc now, but can't be arsed to change the name) recognised you straight away from Pistonfest. Would be nice to see you again.

Thanks - deliberatly kept that one quiet on here. Very good weekend and the TV company paid for most of it!! The glasses were ridiculous, but the wine and food were fantastic.
