Based on what I've read, those c**ts in Garthdee seem to be frequent flyers in the courts, yet they just get a little talking to. Surely a new law should be brought in saying if you appear in court a certain amount of times as a suspect and get convicted it should result in prison time. They can't JUST keep going to court 20 odd times and still walk out literally free men
Youre simply viewing it from the wrong perspective.

The Law isnt there to protect people, IF it was these inbred c***s would be getting gang raped in a cell right now.
(yes they are, compare the similarities to the example below using their facebook photos)

View the issue with these rosy tints on.
Thats 20 odd times Lawyers will get paid out of OUR Tax money
These scum WILL keep getting let off by the courts until they injure or steal from a wealthy person, ie a Lawyer or Judge.
Aberdeen really is that bent!
The Council here are so openly selfishly corrupt its a fking disgrace we let them breathe from OUR air.
If in any doubt look at the recent Trump debacle.

I wonder where the neds get the idea "I can get away with anything".

Have just finished reading this... I don't quite have the words! frown

They should be forced to do 10 years in the army - that would either straighten them out a bit, or get them finished off..

Me too. Disgusted by the action, or lack of, by the GP.

It makes me sick. And clicking on these scumbags facebook pages shows so many of them already have kids/have kids on the way.

The sort of people that a death sentence would be too good for.

Holy st. You literally can't make this sort of stuff up!

Ill say one thing, if someone stole one of my cars and the posted on Facebook about it.... I'd be rubbing my hands with glee and cackling like a witch.

Shows how irrelevant the police and law are to a small, but significant (and growing) minority of society.

Post a comment on a social media site that could be construed as racist or riot inciting, and the law will come down on you like a ton of bricks. Post a series of comments boasting about the theft of hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of people's property, and you get left alone.

You couldn't make it up.

True - but that shouldn't mean people are free to help themselves to your property mad

While some people leave their doors unlocked, mine were stolen by breaking through the garage door, and the most recent was by fishing keys through the letterbox.

My car keys were sitting in the kitchen - they had to go through the garage, utility room and porch before getting in there.

I think I should feel reasonably safe in my house, while myself and family are in it, without having to be constantly locked up and alarmed.

Unfortunately there is a severe lack of consequences for these scrots - they are being labeled as 'joy riders' when they are in fact breaking and entering, stealing goods from within the house, then making off with cars as well.

Yet if I had found one in the house and lamped him, I would of been done with assault. They would also know where we live and could come back anytime.

I reitterate my feelings from earlier on as well, re the police. As individuals, they are generally well mannered and hard working. UNfortunately they are also understaffed, under resourced and have their hands literally tied behind their backs by rule makers, who seem to value the 'rights' of these individuals over the 'good' of the remaining public.

Rather than moan to/about the police, we'd be better served harrassing our politicians to allow the police to do their jobs to their best ability. This would also include harsher prison conditions and massively restricted personal rights while convicted.

I swear the older I get the less liberal I get.

I thought the law has changed recently on this? you should be okay as long as you use reasonable force and don't start tying them to a chair and going medieval on them
