To live in Glasgow or Edinburgh?

I've just had the same choice OP and went for the west coast (Glasgow). Actually on the coast, wanted a waterfront property.

Went to uni in Edinburgh and it was fantastic while a student but as soon as I started working I left (down to London).

I'm 40 now and the quality of life on offer is far more important to me than continually chasing the extra ££.

My place in London goes up for sale next month then i'll be relocating. Already have my new place, can't wait. Looking forward to making some new friends. Exciting times.
