IFA in Fife/Edinburgh?

I'll say the motoring link here is I need some advice on what to do re pensions since I also need some access to cash to pay for that new TVR, when it eventually comes out...

Anyway, point is I do need some advise on pensions and so on and rather than just Google it, has anyone used a decent Independent Financial Adviser in Edinburgh or Fife who knows what they're talking about (I've already spoken to one when I'm not sure he did) and doesn't charge excessive fees?
