Holiday Home in Spain - Advice

Can anybody advise of a good estate agents / mortgage advisers in the central belt who are specialist in Spanish property?

I'd recommend looking for an agent in the area you're looking to buy in Spain. They'll know the local area and the laws and fees relating to the purchase. Try to find a local internet forum in that area and you should be guided on who's recommended. Lots of Brits in Spain, so lots of English language forums.

Friend who moved out used google to find estate agents out there and house she liked and used them

Depends on area but my wife is an Agent in Murcia. She could also find property for you in other areas.
