Badly I think.

The Kincraig Dalraddy stretch (the piss easy bit) was 3 months overdue. No other stretches have been started.

"Finished by 2025" promised by the SG.

My arse.

There was what looked like surveying and drilling works going on in various places earlier this year, but very little or nothing happening in the last few months. Except for works on the recently completed section which resulted in several miles down to one lane in each direction on the DC for months.

Not difficult to find out about progress. Took me 30 seconds.

There seems to have been a lot of the roadside trees felled on the section of road north of Perth after the DC ends. Presumably in first stage prep for starting on that section next.

Went up as far as Aviemore yesterday. Two sections of existing dc were coned down to one lane (of course no sign of any work being done either) so seems progress is going backwards!

New section just south of Aviemore is good but seems little progress overall, especially south of Pitlochry where there is more traffic.
