Where can I stick a finish line in Edinburgh?

You will be hard pushed to find somewhere central that will guarantee you the spaces you want for 40 cars unless you're paying mega money, especially on prime days like a Sunday in June.
The leadburn inn south towards peebles used to host a lot of bike nights and some supercar days - probably the most car/bike themed pub I've found near but I think they petrol head owners sold up and moved to either The stable bar in mortonhall (has plenty parking but cant remember speedbumps) or The horseshoe inn (no parking) a bit further south towards peebles which is also close to the Barony Castle hotel which & has plenty parking so could also be a shout.
Other ideas off the top of my head:
Peebles Hydro - peebles
Flotterstone inn - off the a702 5 miles from the bypass
The Steading bar - a702 just before the bypass
Charwood bar & grill - inside the bypass
Gentings casino @ Fountain Park
Grovosner casino in Maybury
The Craigie hotel in penicuik
big red barn near biggar
One of the golf courses? - quite a few actually in edinburgh but also some on the way in like west linton
Failing all that there's loads of old castle hotels and remote spa hotels kicking around the outskirts.
ETA - Just had a look at your website and seen you're all camping so maybe Morton hall campsite which is pretty much attached to the stable bar & only £10-15 taxi to George street.

One option may be at Edinburgh Park - an office block estate on the west side of Edinburgh.
This car park is mostly empty during the week and completely empty at the weekends.
£4 per day.
