New Year and maybe Chrimbo as well

We are a 70's disco cheap beachbum cpl. This is the first year when our extended family wont be together at Xmas. Normally theres 10 of us from a grandad to two young girls with partners. But this year the kids are away, grandads staying at home with his son, so that leaves the four of us that are all about 60. So what to do. Several years ago, (about 20), we spent 2 NY's in Goa and it was nice. Since then we have always had a family Xmas and then either a NY party or just stayed at home and got pissed.

So, any of you lot planning on bugging out somewhere warm. The Missus doesnt do cold. We have done the Canaries quite a lot, and anywhere in the Med will be too cold. Had 3 months in SEA 2 years ago. OZ and NZ too far. Thoughts? Be nice now.
