from the title i actually expected you to go straight off at the first corner.
Would that have been less frustrating than the last, on what appeared to be a decent run?

He isn't telling about his second run, it was a very impressive time considering the conditions, making me think there was some decent grip out there.

There wasn't, and I had an entertaining if not very fast run.

Mr Kiltie - Rainmeister YES !

It wasn't actually the last corner, on the Sunday track layout, it's 1.75 laps so there was a wee bit to go. As CT says below, I made it all the way round on my second timed run and it was a good time. Looking at the split times between the two, I wasn't going much slower second time round (44.62 and 44.93 respectively).

No need JP, there's a pair of characters who look after all the depositing of oil at these meetings.

Aye, I've been to Kames twice (or maybe three times) this year with the Lilac Loser.

OK then, you've talked me into it, I've submitted the vid and I'll post up the link when it's available.

He made a really nice job between runs with silver duct tape. If it was me, I'd just leave it like that. Still looks better than quite a few of the other cars.

Yes, it'll remain as is until after Alford at least. No damage to the crash structure, lights etc. just cosmetic on the glass fibre clam. Wing mirror is fixed.

I think of it as weight saving.
I'll need all the help I can get against the Zonda at Alford...

I heard it was ALAN Nicol -

Ali - your class:-

" Includes standard production Road Cars from Classic Marque clubs (including MG, Austin Healey, Triumph,Jaguar, TVR, Morgan, Ginetta, Lotus, Porsche and Ferrari). Other marques may be included by the championship committees, following a formal request from the established marque owners club."

I wonder if the appropriate request has been made from the PAGANI OWNERS CLUB (if indeed such exists)

OK, here's the clip. Make sure you read the description.

I've actually viewed the video with a stopwatch and sure enough, the time is right.

Cheers,
