Any idea what was happening at the Five Mile Garage last night?

I passed at about 20:30 and there were a lot of police. One car in the forecourt and another blocking the dual carriage way to town bound traffic.

There was another police car at the Westhill roundabout - blocking the way for town bound traffic.

Most curious.

Bit of a mystery Eric, we've had no media releases through from the Police about anything so goodness knows. I'll look into it in the afternoon

My guess is that they were looking for someone who they suspected was heading into town by road, probably from the west

I am planning to do Golspie, but work may get in the way, I will almost certainly miss the first Kames event.
