Volkswagen Citi Golf - Importers?

Heard about these vehicles on the internet and I quite like the sound of them. Does anybody know about a company that imports them to Scotland?

Remember seeing one of these for sale a few years ago, am I right in thinking the 1.6 is effectively a Mk1 GTi? Seems funny to see the more up to date interior in what is such an old design!

Yes - the 1.6 is really a GTI - hence my asking!

A little over £9,000 plus the import costs, presumably VAT and import duty as well, I think there are plenty modern cars I would have before one of these.
