Best Place to look for O&G jobs in Aberdeen...??? Advice??

I'm reading and posting this from a portacabin in Luanda, Angola - overlooking the harbour area.

Been here since last Tuesday, and it's been OK so far, apart from 2 - 3 hours to get through immigration (just a very long slow moving queue!). Don't walk about anywhere - only go by car.

Been there, done that, got the "T" shirt..... When I was last down there couple of years ago, some pals of mine went ashore in town, they got held up by POLICE with guns, and relieved them of $200.00

Boy, you must have some clout getting through immigration so quickly

Anywhere down that coast is dodgy to say the least. Have a safe, and happy day

P.S. Seem to recal the "L" drivers down there have dual control in the form of TWO steering wheels, looks very odd, especially when the slave wheel turns in unison with the one being turned.

Lots of openings in Russia as well, I work for TNK-Bp in Moscow, which is very pleasant at this time of year BTW. All the majors have a presence here now, we have a PMC doing work for us who are recruiting called Petrofac, you could try them, if your interested.

I've not quite found my way to Miami Beach yet, but have passed it on the way tom some eating place.

Not really had the time to go out and/or explore. Working long hours, so just get back to the hotel in time for a quick beer and a bite to eat.

Hoping to get away a bit sharper either tonight or tomorrow so I can have a few more drinks
