When's the next run?..... Come on Avril, we all know you've got time on your hands....
What you trying to say!!!!
Who said I ain't already been on a recon mission for the next event....
I am the master of driving AND taking photo's lol.
Have to admit I had mental fun with the porker on those roads. Even managed to get spotted by Get Carter!!!
All that beautiful scenery and not a madman in a volvo in sight lol.

Ooooh another belter of a road! Includes some lovely straight bits to go Skyline baiting too
Dare I suggest that that particular road happens to go to Skye....
Before anyone suggests it, I've copywrited "Skyehoon"

Road to skye is better than the roads on skye..... If we do head up round Skye, be sure your dentist insurance is fully paid!!! Some great roads, but some pretty duff ones to, seem to be sinking into the heather in between broadford and portree. I'm sure skyedriver will keep us right on that though. Certainly not capable of the pace of the last run, you'll bounce round some corners.....
Still worth the run for some more fantastic pics. Take your midge repellant!

Can't f*****g believe I missed this!!
F- F- SAKE, I even suggested the date, away back when-effin-ever!!
I must keep up with these forums!!
Sounds like Stang pulled it together. 10 points to you!!
Those pictures at the Loch Marie view car park are making me spew BIG TIME
LOL,... Me and my 2 brothers, when we were teenagers, nicknamed the view as you turn the corner, usually a wee bit stoned in a tatty old LandRover, LOL ,..... "The Ultimate F**k Ye!!"
(especially fitting with that sort of weather,... you rarely see it that clear!)
Anyway,... Any plans for the next one????? Hmm?? Eh??? HUH??
Mr. Jealous as F**K signing off!!

Aah, the Tivs are coming out of the woodwork now! Pay attention up there. Whatever we do we do it for you. And....where where you? In the Pub?
Just checked my diary,... (as it happens!!!!!),... I was taking pics of the bloke that shut the Kessock Bridge!!!!
F*****g ironic or what!!!!!
It was a call out for a Sunday newspaper. Pics were never used,... "cause he didn't jump"!! LOL,... Bugger got done with breach of the peace!!!
Watch this space! Court case pending.
Anyway,... I'm gonna change my preferencs to email alerts for topic posts. Hopefully I won't miss the next one.
In the Pub!!?? LOL,... chance would be a fine thing.
Al
Yeah, they didn't need to close the bridge. At least, untill we'd passed. Of course, the combined head banging racket of Vipers, Mustangs, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, Skylines etc. hooning over the bridge would have given you an exclusive, Guy in his state, would have probably been enough to make the poor sod jump.
Al, no! Was really surprised considering the perception we have of TVR owners as being "enthusiastic" Excpected to be outnumbered by them , but, no. It probably, really was a rather optimistic distance of obscure roads with not a 4 poster ramp within 40 miles to expect too many Tivs.
Ya see this is why I told people to check there junk boxes.........
I sent you an email about it Al!!! Lol not to worry we will get you for the nest one. No TVR's present as Hollowpockets was away for it and r.p.a janwell could not make it.
It's been a while since I saw your TVR running about Al. Is that you back on the road now???

Sure am Stang, got the license back a couple of months ago. Novelty still hasn't worn off!

Were there any TVRs on yer wee jaunt?
[/quote]
Volvo 1 - Tiv 0
Tee hee
(would have had the tiv out if I still had it - Chimaera, sold 2004 sob)
Re Skye Roads -
Some bits are good
Some bits are scenic
Some bits are suitable for French cars with VERY soft suspension
Most roads are good for gravel rash and when someone up here says their car has been chipped they don't mean the engine management system
ps mice/rats goy under the bonnet of father in laws S40 whilst up here, gnawe through the plug leads, the sound deadening, odd bits of stuff under the bonnet and the pipe that leads back to the header tank......5 miles up the road - no water!
