I know this is Pistonheads not Literatureheads, but Brookmyre is a vastly overrated writer, as can be seen from the derivative and sloppy style in the above passage. His vitriol could as easily have been aimed at just about any Scottish - or British - small city. I agree the 'Deen isn't exactly Barcelona, but give us a break. Just my opinion....

I have had to cancel my course for that week in May and am now booked for the week of the 25th of June. As long as the hotel has wireless I suppose I will cope for that week lol.

ADMC are hosting a two-day sprint meeting at Boyndie circuit the weekend at the end of your course, so you you could always come back that way after your course?

I had a look at that. I would have been up for this but I would be coming ome on the 29th as I head back offshore on the 2nd July. Damn courses!!!
