Moffat Routes Rally

I have heard of this event, I presume its on the Beeftub section. Cant find any information about it. Anyone know what the deal is? I have also heard a rumour that TopGear are filming at it this year, anyone know how true this is?

I'm hoping to get down this year with my Talbot Sunbeam Lotus. The driving route is up to St Marys Loch so should be a nice loop.
