I woudl prefer the 11th and 12th , don't agree withe a50bhp/ton rule though as the Corsa isn't that powerful.

I can't make the Saturday (4th) as I'm going to Bletchley Park with teh BCS.

The 5th would be OK, I'd just stay in Ed. Week after would be cool too.

Rather than just sit on your arse and let everybody else do the organising, why not put forward an opinion or help try and sort something for it, that way when a date and destination is picked, you won't be able to complain about not being able to go?

OK guy's let's go for the 11th as a few have showed an interest for that date.

Now remember guy's What ever aera you are heading from. Have a wee pow-wow with the other members to get a route together. And then we will make the Oyster place the meeting point for lunch.

Any preference to where we go from their is up to you. Over to perth might be an option but it's been years since I have travelled that road so could not tell you what it's like.

Count me in also. Not in the Viper but in my M5. Haven't had a really good blast in it yet but it's running great now after changing the MAFs so should be fun! Think I'll be going from Inverness - who else will be leaving from there?

Will be up for the 11th. Travel the road from Aberdeen to Oban a few times a year and there are some great bits, Loch Earn up to Crianlarich and then from Tyndrum up past Dalmally have some good combinations of straights and sweeping bends. Looking forward to driving the Griff along these roads as I have not long bought it so still learning its habits!! Any other Aberdeen based TVR owners about for this. Would like to meet up for a chat about all the usual TCR stuff.

So you kept it then? Glad yo hear you got the issue sorted. MAF's were my first thought when you explained the problem.

Anyway, all being well your M5 will be joined by another, albeit the E34 model. Going to look at a few next weekend.

My own one has finally given up the ghost.

The Viper's finally being moved from where it's sat for the last few months and is heading down to Bath to get fixed. Nadine Geary (UK Viper expert extraordinaire!) is handling the repair job. Once it's fixed though the M5 will be up for sale (or earlier if the repair bill on the Viper escalates!). I'm in Alford/ Aberdeen these days Avril, although up in Inverness most week-ends. Off to US Oct 16 for a short spell though.
