Those BIG corsa's must be a biatch to park. Not to worry I'm sure the guy's will give you a hand reversing.

For the Inverness lot. 10am meeting. I will send out an email to the folks from Inverness who have expressed an interest in going. For those who have been on one of the Highland Hoons it will be the same meeting place as we always use.
Aberdeen/Glasgow/Edinburgh you guy's might want to clarify where and what time you are meeting, just so everyone is on the same page.
Only a week away. As I have said on previous posts. It's a run up, nice lunch and a bit of banter and from there you can all decide. Also it's a run not a race. I would HOPE everyone can appreciate that there is a varied amount of cars going, and some of them will have LIGHTENING QUICK brakes. (not mine obviously as mine are shagged from burnouts
) So keep your distance from the motor in front. The last thing anyone wants is accidents/near misses.

Car back from getting yet more websites splattered over the front & back window's and then off tomorrow to gets it's service. Have a "slight" fault that has just reared it's ugly head. My Traction Control keeps turning itself on and off. NOT handy yesterday in the wet
Guy's and Gal's from Inverness. Check your email/junk folder for the leaving time and route. My mobile is also on there should anyone need it.

Now to recap you are a meeting in CONNEL PA37 1PJ. The Oyster Inn is on the corner right on a junction.
Coming from Green Welly it's on the left on the bend after the traffic lights.
Coming from Oban it's just after the turning you would take to head to Inverness.
Inverness Lot will be following me so no chance of getting lost.......(but if you do its after the bridge on the right at the junction.
Here are some pics of the CARPARK!!!!! And NO I did not drive down JUST to check out the carpark We stayed at Loch Lomond last night as I had the car down for it's service.
1st Pic.. 7 spaces at the front. Then double up where you can (if you can)
2nd Pic. Can park up to 3 along the front.
3rd Pic is the view point. 10 dedicated spaces and enough room to double up.
And last one is the rear of the building.
It goes without saying to try and not block anyone who is not with us in at the carpark.
If you arrive early. There is no need to wait for eyeryone. Just get seated and order your grub. They have opened the restaurant for us. Head to the car for a drink and then through to the right for the restaurant. Perhaps mention that you are part of the car run.
Remember it's a run not a race. Go at your OWN pace that you feel comfortable with. We want everyone to have a safe drive and good lunch and enjoy themsleves. Remember you are responsible for your own safety please take care on the roads and be considerate to everbody else.

PS. When exiting Benderloch (yes that it's name) heading north....... watch the road. There is a MIGHTY hump that.... if you are caught unaware's you WILL CATCH AIR!!!..... and it will probably knock your Traction Control all to hell like it did mine!!!

Man. What a day. Glad everyone had a great time. I was knackered yesterday once I got home. I was lucky to have a nice run back in the Ferrari.
Great to have met all the folks from here. Really nice to put faces to names. Sorry if I did not get round everyone, I did try my best.
I would also like to add another big congrats to Donniemac......... Who got married yesterday just after 2pm.
I recieved a text from him at 14.05...... " How's the run to Oban? Lorna's just turning up so won't be needing that lift lol."
True PH'er who texts about a run when he is waiting at the asle for his beautiful bride.
