Welsh PH'ers

Is there any Welsh PH'ers in here?
Specifically North Wales - Colwyn Bay?
I'm after a favour & i'm more than happy to send a crate of beers / bottle of vino / cheese on toast in return?
It involves something PH'sh, no sheep involved

I was more after a bit of info on the company i want to purchase a car from &/or if a PH'er fancied having a look at it for me.
Just seems a bit strange they have 2 names, wanted to make sure everything was kosher!

Chester is about half an hour or less, manchester an hour away so most people in north west england will be close

I thought i put N.Wales in my original post?
I was looking to buy a car from 'North Wales Car Centre' - Mochdre.
However when you type them into Google they also come up as Hanover Car Sales, (the faxes they send come from Hanover Car Sales).
It could be something as innocent as a company name change, but being a pessimist & a PH'er i just want to make sure theres not more too it!
Plus i'm taking their word on the car & it's condition, so i would'nt mind a second opinion, as i said, crate of beers / a botle of wine is on offer!

Firsly, are those dealers kosher?
Secondly, there's a car there that i want to buy & would'nt mind a PH'ers opinion, IF you could spend a small amount of time just giving it the once over for me? (It's from a dealer).

we bought an Audi a3 from hanover on the corner of grovener road in colwyn bay in 2009, it closed down and the places was empty now its called something else....
