Hi Guys, just picked up my new car, 89 911 LHD, for piece of mind i would like the oil changed etc, can anyone here recommend someone that wont take my arm and leg as past payment, Thanx in advance Jez

Jez, where in north Wales are you? I'm on Anglesey and I used to service my 928S2 at Bridges Garage in Pentraeth. I know a couple of 993 owners that use them too - very reasonable rates and a couple of the mechanics have owned 911s so they do know their stuff.

Alternatively you could try AVW in Caernarfon - they're well versed in anything German.

Jez, I think you might be confusing Bridges in the actual village of Pentraeth with Pentraeth Automotive, the VW/Audi/Mazda/Suzuki/Honda/Chrysler/Seat/anything else I might have missed dealership. Have no fear, there is no connection!

Call them on 01248 450470, ask to speak to Reg and tell him I recommended them. Good luck and let me know how you get on with your 911.
