Picked the car up yesterday and it was indeed £150 for the recore and a modification to fit a screw in temperature sender rather than a clip in one. Removal and re-fitting was on top of that but a good job done smile

Very tricky to get any pics now its back in situ but will attempt to get some once its stopped raining!!

Well my recore has given up the ghost after only 12 years! Terribly shoddy.

So I was thinking maybe a SIerra Cossie one, but is this what I should be ordering: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265045408530

ALUMINIUM RADIATOR TO FIT

FORD SIERRA RS COSWORTH 2WD & 4WD

DIMENSIONS 640 x 308 x 50

P.S. Cue the Rev, in 3, 2, 1...

Hi Adam, large bore feed and return connections look correct. What about the small bore bleed line that attaches top offside? Cheers

Good point. What I might do is mount it upside down, then use what looks like a blanked-off plug in the corner.

From the drawings it's an M22 x 1.5 thread. So it should be a simple matter to make an adapter brazed or soldered together with a pipe on it.
