Thats on my list for next year ... get front calipers off and refurbished. then change the front discs with new pads.
are those discs the correct ones that fit the 400's ?
Hi Mate...I did read that the 400's had a four pot caliper system with the 10.6inch..(269mm)..vented granada 2.8i estate disc as standard?...I think the larger type like the brembo's are the ones you need..Its probably best to whip the wheel off and measure the depth of the hub assembly to be sure...Cheers...zigaare those discs the correct ones that fit the 400's ?
Hi all
Me too, I also have made the mistake of getting the wrong Granada disc.
I have also been trying to get a set princess callipers from E-bay but they seem costly and you could end up with a hefty referb bill or worst scrap parts.
So to make it simple and stop ordering incompatible and risky parts I am thinking of ordering the David Gerald vented brake kit offered at the last Wedge fest.(still available)
Vented disc, new large calliper and pads etc .
Has anyone fitted this setup and what effect does it have on pedal travel.
Is it still acceptable??
