the conversion is grand now i have a handle on the settings it is so easy to change from compliant road car to full on track car or as near as a wedge gets it has done several sprints one at woodfood which is very testing lots of surface changes bumps etc. as its an old airfield but i thought the rose jointing and spherical bearing mods to the rear would make it very noisey road noise wise but in truth cant really tell the difference car has done quite a few miles now and all seems well.

i didnt miss it just dont agree i am nearly 70 and have been formally in the marine and before that agricultural industries latterly in the marine industry as a prolific boat builder we used crimp terminals exclusively using the red blue and yellows for all terminations on instrument panels pumps nav gear just about everything even battery terminals have to be crimped and fixed to post terminals with 8 or 10mm bolt posts as required by the MSA and broads authority so naturally i have used what is currently industry best practice as a base for my car i do not say this cannot be superceded by some other form but if properly terminated will last for many years.

penelope i have looked back at your posts seems your very good at advise which i am sure is well meant but no evidence of you actually doing anything whereas i get on a do it i have never critisised anybodys work as we all try to do our best for these amazing vehicles i think its time to give up on this one getting boring now plus you will never convince me that the way i have terminated my loom is incorrect as years of previous work with no issues sort of proves the point wouldnt you say
