I just discovered www.emusic.com, for legal MP3 downloads. they have loads of 80s stuff from independant labels. Great for the more alternative 80s soundtrack.
You get 50 downloads free before they charge your credit card. Definaltely worth a look, but I doubt you'll find Dire Straits or Huey Lewis, thank god.
