I just picked up a little parcel from the post orifice. Well I fib a little, actually it was quite a big parcel, and contained the following goodies:

Here's a close-up of the Personality Award "keeper" trophy - it's a fantastic casting, and I particularly like the fact that the under-bumper area at the back is quite dirty-looking, which is how mine usually is I must say!

I'm not sure it comes out too well in this shot due to the flash....

The bottle of champagne is especially ironic given that it's a "Fifa special" 2014 bottle and we've just been kicked out of it! I love it! Exactly in the spirit of Wedgefest.

Many thanks Zig - and cheers!

Glad you like it mate..The models are a limited supply but i will try to get some more for future nominees...They can be painted or polished... smile
The Champers was a donation by a kind soul but as it was the 10th Wedgefest anniversary i thought it rather fitting..I put some spondoolies in the pot to cover it..The certificates were printed on 1000 year old papaya for that authentic look...Took me ages to make one sheet...biggrin

Cheers...Ziga

Out of interest - were these fly or at wheels figures?

Cheers, Chris.

The 3.9 JE engine in my old 400se was bench tested at approx 250bhp ... would have thought an SX would push out quite a bit more?

And its still pulling the same - but Torque is at 253lbft not had it tested since the remap but suspect its improved some more with much greater flexibility -

Not sure how loud - but have come to the conclusion 'its not the DB's' but the tone and quality and its just
purrrfectttt...

heres the Dyno..

I believe that the SX was not fuelling right on the day but has since been re-mapped and is much healthier..Im sure Martin will enlighten us on the new bhp figure... smile

P:S That graph gave me a bad neck too....hehe

Hi peeps since the BBWF run just before I sold her I had a mapping session which pushed the BHP upto 275 and torque upto three hundred !

For sum reason when the revs reached 5000 she started to over fuel again so I suspect that once that is fully sorted a few more ponies can be had, plus she was pushing 4.5 PSI so a little more boost to be had as well !! If who ever buys the little beast can spend a little time and patience on her I think they will be rewarded with a few more horses !!!

Look after my little beast I still pine for her!!!

That's more like it!!! Sorry to hear about the sale but there are a couple of Wedgeheads on here interested - if either of them get it then it will surely be well looked after.
