I've got a 1990 400SE, but what I don't have is a filler cap for the the power steering pump on it

I've spoke to Harrogate Horseless Carriages and they say that the pump (and with it the cap) can no longer be obtained. Which poses the question what do I do if my pump goes!

But in the mean time I still need a proper fitting cap.

Has anybody got one too many? Or any suggestions?

I'd appreciate it.

Cheers!

Bob.

Scrap yard or Rimmer Bros www.rimmerbros.co.uk (SD1 PAS filler cap and make it snappy). Please look at the pictures first to make sure that you do have a SD1 pump and not one from a Datsun Laurel 2.2 litre Anniversary Edition car that happened to be parked on the front at Blackpool at the time... I shouldn't think so but check.

I thought it would be an SD1 pump!
Harrogate informed is was a special TVR had made and is no longer available. Hmmm!?

Anyways I think I've managed to get my hands on a SD1 filler cap, so I'll give it a try.

I'd thought of corks but we only drink wine with scew on caps in Manchester.
And the little dutch boys kept falling of the bonnet when I went over bumps
