Good turnout at the ACE tonight. Good to see you Gavin and Andy and a few others. Four wedges and a Griff in the TVR section plus many other makes of British sportscars. A friend of mine turned up in his Lotus Esprit turbo. A few Jags and even an immaculate e- type plus many other interesting cars. The weather was nice, An altogether, another enjoyable evening.

What date is it next month?
It's every third Wednesday of each month. Next one would be September 20th. Starts at 6pm but most cars start arriving after 7pm. It's best to arrive around 7pm or before if you want to get a good parking space though there are cars that turn up as late as even 8pm or after.Tony. TCB.

bks, we have tickets for Henning Wehn on that evening.
The unfunny Brussel..........wouldn't bother, get down the Ace !I thought he was hilarious but maybe that's because I'm half German!
I have been to the ace many times before and will get up there for the following month and hope there is a good turnout.
Hopefully, Wednesday September 20th will be the biggest TVR meet ever at the Ace Cafe to celebrate the 70th etc. At the moment the weather is looking promising and hopefully it'll be good, but you can never tell. Still, the more TVR's turn up the better. I'm looking forward to it already. Don't forget there is good food and drinks there too.

Doubt it, think you will find the biggest tvr turn out at the ACE cafe is when we all met there and took a petition to Downing Street to save the factory and you only got in the car park I you agreed to take a worker to Downing Street as I did, it was very emotional 100,s of TVR,s from all over the country turned up and brought London to a standstill Tony.
