yesterday I fitted a new front end on a400 SE.
Front end was bought from TET mouldings. Top Quality what Trevor Bee delevered.
Replacing part was spot on and there was only a difference of 1-2 mm.
Very pleased with it.

William

If you get it finished in time, will you bring it over to BBWF?

Hey Andy, well, there is a good change that some of us incl. the white 400SE will come over for the BBWF. I will mention it in the TVR group over here and let you know.

Hi

Well what can I say about this weekend, went to collect my new beast so it can go into the garages for me to start work on!

(More pics tomorrow)

The trip was into deepest Kent!

We pulled up outside the house to collect the car, to find Dave (Barrington) and Stu (Hallsie) stripping a 390SE chassis in the garden of the house I was collecting the Trident from, You can't go anywere with out bumping into a fellow "Wedger"

Great to see them working hard but Stu take it easy or you will do your back a lot of harm!

The car is now back in the workshop and it will join the other three cars we have on the go!

The 350SE is having a complete going over, replacing the drive shaft U/Js, the steering U/Js and the steering rack is powered and is a SDI rack!

My 350iS2 is having the same, then the FHC will have a refurb and hand controls fitted so I can drive a TVR again.

So a lot is happening in "Mr Tanks" workshop this weekend and for the next few!

Please have a Happy New Year and many good days TVR driving during it!

Andy

Hi Phil

A Happy New Year to you as well!

You are more than welcome (As any PH is) to come and have a look at the collection.
Four of the cars are at my friends workshop at present, untill my new workshop/Garage is built then all the cars will be within 800yds of each other!

I said to Paul the other day that Rose and myself may pop up to a FCC meeting one day in the spring/summer!

Cheers
Andy

I lifted Kiilas right side up. I did a little refurbish to the front brake and it seems to be a lot quieter now. I also found out that I have EBC Greenstuff brake pads at front with very good status. They are pushed to the ventilated disk with 4-piston Wilwood calibers - I assume these are not the standard brakes installed at the factory.

Up next: refurbishing the rear brake and changing the outer U-joint of the right driveshaft.
