YES BUT PLEASE STOP SHOUTING IT IS DOING MY HEAD IN...
Central locking was a standard optional fixture that some cars had and others didn't. Sometimes it was fitted by the dealer when they added the alarm and sometimes it wasn't.
Full leather seats were also an option that also became a standard. The 400SE cars like most of the Wedges were often built with whatever was lying around and so there is a tremendous variation in the specs. So much so that I gave up trying to work out what was an option and what was not when writing the Wedge bible which is why there is no definitive list in there. Every car was effectively a custom build.
