Does anyone know where I can get a new airlfow meter for my '84 350i? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In Holland I can get hold of original TVR 350 and 400 ones ( brand new) for around 250 incl VAT.( flapper type)
If they are still available.

Go to your local Lucas centre - it's a standard part
for a Rover SD1 vitesse.

You should still be able to buy new or they will probably recondition.

It was running a bit rough, with a flat spot at about 3000rpm and then cleaning up at about 4000rpm. I had the one from Tim Lamont, which unfortunately turned out to be a bit knackered (no dis-respect to Tim, he told me it had been sat around for a couple of years), but it enabled my dad (mechanic) and myself to fix/adjust the old one. It now run's a lot better.
