Big Wedge Meet 8th Feb

but as far as I can work out we know where (Wycombe 6 car park)and when (8th Feb), but I cant see what time.....! either that or the beer goggles are taking effect early tonight.
Thought of asking her if she fancied coming, but at 81, it's probably a non starter. 
- must have known we were organising something OK for those unfamiliar with the area here's how to get to the meet.
Exit the M40 @ junction 4
On the big big roundabout take the exit so that you have the Holiday INN on your left (towards Aylesbury I believe) This is the next exit after M40 North
Come to mini roundabout - take first exit i.e.left, go past Cinema & Franky and Benny's (?) on your left. Continue down the hill 100yards & take first right into car park. Meet on the lowest level i.e. the first you come to as the top end nearest the cinema gets busy. We will be easy to spot. I aim to be there from 10.30.

Thanks for posting directions .. you might have been there on your own (but with the sound of wedges in the distance)

Well, I really would like to come (had intended to) - even if it is a bit of a way from here. But my Wedge will not be out of the workshop where it is waiting for bushes and one or two other items for MOT. Dammit! I've also been very poorly (sympathy needed) but what the hell, ill or not I would have driven all the way with the hood down and saved dying for later!
I did utter a little squeak a while back on another thread to suggest a national meet somewhere in the centre of the country later on in the year - this now seems to be being discussed on the 'Where are they now' thread.
By the by, my engineer prefers to put standard bushes on to replace the ones required. He says poly ones will only worsen the harshness - opinions/thoughts? (We're waiting for Blackpool to send the right ones apparently)
I hope I can meet up with you all at some time so you can see the car and we can exchange notes. Hope you all have a great time.
