My tasmin has too much toein on the near side rear suspension, after a suspension rebuild. The wrong number of washers replaced in the trailing arm pivot point.
My question is , has any body got a feel for the spacer thickness /toein ratio i.e 6mm thicker spacer = 1 degree less toein.

Hmmmm if anyone could mail me dimensions of the trailing arm, rear radius arm etc. (lengths, angles et.) I could model it in AutoCAD...

Not much help but when I had mine apart there were at least 6*2mm washers a side. They were cut off to form a "U" so as to be slotted in easily rather than having to dismantle the lot etc.

Ian, no idea what autocad is but am I right in assuming you can model it to get the measurments etc?

Yeah, if you can draw the item accurately, you can project dimensions, angles etc. I use it for loads of stuff at work: at the moment I am working on a bespoke 6" flue pipe for the boss's new log furnace!
You can also install symbol libraries for eg electronic components or architectural features so you can produce circuit diagrams, drawings for planning permission etc. It's no harder to use than, say, Excel

Everyone should have it
