There's only one road in Swansea mate - Fabian Way all the way down the Mumbles Keeps the spotting easier.

What colour is your Perfomante? I saw an orange one outside MYG last year in Whitchurch, wondered if it’s yours

I’ve seen the orange one around too, near Roath Park.

Think it may have been yourself earlier Ken, a silver Rapide heading into Cardiff from A470 late morning. Presume you had been for your post-lockdown blast!

Thought it was you - looked great. Recognised the plate from PH runs a few years ago, although I recall you having a darker Rapide at the time?

Yeah had a non S Rapide then - enjoyed it for 6 years but this S is about 100bhp more and really shifts but hasn't losts its 'plantedness'. Really enjoying it - hope to see you on 22nd? Black howlin' R8 right?

I'd be happy to join you and stretch the legs of my E63s, im in Aberdare so im local enough! Havent blown the cobwebs out in a while. Pitty us Welsh members dont do it more often, especially with the likes of Brecon and the Blackmountains on our doorsteps.

Yesterday a green Porsche GT3, I think, by Leekes Llantrisant and today a Silver Maclaran passing Leekes and a grey Porsche 996 (I think) before it. The weather is more suited to ducks so nice seeing them out.

Agree with this. Don't want to hijack the thread (perhaps we should start a dedicated topic thread?) but have often wondered why there aren't more runs with what's on our doorstep. I'd love to go for a Sunday drive with like-minded people, have a chat and a bacon roll, and take in some brilliant roads.

Not sure I'd be able to keep up in my little Clio but that's beside the point!

Saw a Dodge Viper yesterday on Rover Way just past the turning for Tesco. Quite a rare sight in the UK, possibly the first one I’ve seen

they're a lucky omen for me, first time i have ever seen one in real life was the day i passed my driving test in 2004! stunning black first generation with 2 white stripes, it was at the lights by the ship inn st thomas, half hour before i took my test in the learner clio.

i have seen another one different colour on swansea high st at night behind me when i was in a courtesy citroen picasso, this was about 2007

then about 2 or 3 years ago i saw a red first gen on the back of a transporter lorry heading up the A40 towards st.clears

in my opinion the first gen viper is one of the best proportioned cars ever designed, simply stunning

Totally agree about more runs guys - we need to make the most of our fabulous country. To be honest I'm thinking of setting something up as Samsul said - on a separate page - as one of the groups I was on has become a bit quiet so I went on a paid organised one in Wales recently. Wasn't for me and had to break away as it was more about keeping the group together behind a caravan than having some safe open pace.

I've been everywhere in UK and Europe with these cars and it's what they are meant for. Just did NC500 in the white one - again I think some of us have the bug worse than others - some really want to keep the miles down
