No White Dove Lotus anymore. Is there another outlet in S.Wales that has a dealership contract with Lotus yet?

not the greatest loss in the world !www.southrun.co.uk/dealerreviews.php?dealer=White%20Dove

Think your nearest main dealer is either going to be Williams in Bristol or Nick Whale in Bromsgrove

Do you need a dealer for sales, or servicing?

I heard that Roath Garage - Peter - does work on Lotus as well as TVR......probably cheaper too....

White Dove no longer have the franchise for South Wales.

The new dealer is Paramount who have taken over the old Merlin Cambria garage on North Road where they will sell Lotus and Aston Martin.

They are not up and running for a few months yet though so the nearest main dealer is Williams in Bristol.

Just has a very expensive A service there. I will be using indepandent specialists from now on.

2bit there is a guy in the South Wales Club who services cars who is very good and very cheap. He did a C service for Steff not long ago.

Not due for a service for a while but good to know. It's news to me that Paramount is going to be a Lotus dealership - interesting.

Cheers chaps!

Hello Steff.

Yep I live in Thornhill. Seen your car around these parts a few times recently.

I bought the lonely silver S1 that Thornhill Cars had on parade for months on end. Someone had to give her a good home *pats new toy*. As I said in previous posts, I'm on a bit of a learning curve but loving every minute.

Gearbox is a swine, paint is slightly bubbly in places, she rattles and whines... but good as gold too. Having a blast.

Look forward to seeing you around!

Richard.

LOL

I'll mail you Andy's number.

I thought I recognised your number plate from somewhere!

I've got a copy of the S1 service/parts manual if you want a copy?

Hi Badapple -

Yep, that was me. Looking totally fed up too I shouldn't wonder - on a mission to pick up some shopping for the gf.

Wow - only had the car a few weeks and spotted twice already. Not bad going?
