Looks like it's a weak fuel pump that let me down here, my tuner was far from happy with the numbers it made, he's adamant it should be close to 400 and torque should be miles higher frown I did ask to have the run done in 3rd from 3k+ and not in 4th lower down but that didn't happen and he went from 2k in 4th (runs like a bag of nails if I do this on the road) No matter, at least it's got the ball rolling here to get the pump swapped out! Had a good day out anyway and nice to meet everyone/see some interesting cars smile

Just had another map to try that's a little richer low down and have gone back for the standard map sensor for now until it's sorted, will then go back to the mad map & 3.5 bar sensor, so my throttle cut/boost dump problem has gone between 2.5-3k and its a tad slower up top, but he still can't get lambda down to .86 like the other stage 5 cars and this is staying around .98 so is 99% sure it's the pump on its way out.

So needs a new pump (can't find any in the uk so has to come from America) £175 plus shipping & tax and nothing upgradable like Walbro or HRC available for these as its a return less fuel system, also needs a new fuel pump control module around £40 and a I'll get new petrol cap while I'm at it as these can cause problems not sealing properly and throw a CEL. We'll get there in the end!!!

fk frown we're eating Tesco Value next month......

I would be interested in another day here.

Ive fitted headers and race cats to mine since. Loud, but I would like to see what the total output is now.

Guys

A friend of mine is organising a rolling road day at SCM in Crosshands (behind Leekes I think) on 30th April. There's still places available. £20 deposit to secure a place and cost will be £35 or £40 depending on numbers. Let me know if your interested and I'll get more details.
