Are there any turbo specialists around these parts?

The unit on my 2008 BMW 520D sounds like it's about to give up the ghost! Annoyingly it's already on its 2nd turbo at 150k miles. The first expired at 90k and was replaced by BMW. This time I'm thinking of getting it reconditioned.

Any recommendations appreciated.
