If you would like to attend the tunnel run to blow some cobwebs off, make some noise and generally stand round and chat freezing your bottom off. a few will be meeting at the J33 Services for 10 AM this coming Sunday 31st Dec 2017.

Gives me a reason to get under the car and replace the front diff today then, Halfshafts are off then bolt it all back together and hope it fixes the fault.

If its fixed it will be a P38 Range Rover 4.6l V8 Petrol

If its not Hyundai Tucson, 1.6D st-box hire car. (which is awful) Might walk instead!

Well today didn’t go as hoped.

Jacked up the front of the p38, removed wheels, brake calibers, hubs and half shafts then changed then front Diff, put it all back together and no change. Now looking at Hubs or CV joints. So off to a break salvage tomorrow.

Otherwise it’s the hire car? :-(

Weather permitting i will be there in the Lotus Exige. Tvr is SORN to do a few jobs in the winter.

Damn its the hire car, problem is likely the rear diff or one of the rear hubs/halfshafts, going to be another 2 working days to get hold of the bits.

Cracking event!! Nice sounds leaving the services and picked up a traveller in his 67 M3.

Unfortunately my phone didn’t do a good job with the video. Screen holder bounce around will load it up to YouTube if it’s worth it.

Given it’s going to be on a Monday next year. Should we move it to the last sunday for next year?
