Garages in Blaenau Gwent or RCT - recommendations?

I have businesses near Ebbw Vale & Tonypandy, with need for reliable local garages. Often work will be needed at last minute/ with a quick turnaround. Between the two areas we must have tried over 10 garages now and come away feeling fleeced each time.
I have a very good garage in Bristol, who I trust to charge me for what’s needed and recommend anything on top but over the bridge I’m struggling for a similar service.
Logistically it doesn’t make sense for me to bring cars back over but I’ve got to the point where if I don’t find the right people I may have to. Every other trade around South Wales seems full of down to earth guys earning an honest buck, doing what they say they will and charging very reasonably. Where are the decent garages?!

I can ask around as I work in Ebbw Vale but I feel your pain.
I do my own repairs but to be blunt there isn’t a garage I know of locally that I would trust or have heard many good reports of.
The fast turnaround is probably not helping.
