Machinist in south wales

I'm in need of a helpful machinist in south wales that is working in the current climate,

anyone know of anyone that is willing to turn some stub axles for me? I have the CAD drawings, i just need someones labour and good nature

would prefer a hobbyist as its likely to be cheaper but if there's a good engineering firm available then providing they don't want the moon.
