Yup, there's been a new Cupra delivered to Carmarthen that has, I believe, replaced their ST170. Next time I see it, I'll get the reg...Good list there. 
The Black EVO IX reg CN06 CBX isn't an FQ400, it's really an FQ300.
There were only ever EVO VIII's made up to FQ400 spec.
The police fill it up on 99oct quite often at the missus' garage (Tesco PT).
According to the sales guy at LHT, they were asked to put FQ400 badges on it. (maybe to taunt people to race them???)
I've seen it quite often used on the A4067 south of jctn 45 along with the ANPR van and some marked units.

The first too letters is what area the car was regesterd too cn being cardiff! which covers alot of the surounding areas too rhondda, bridgend, pontypridd and lots more

As far as i know its only cardiff, swansea and bangor that are included in the reg plates in wales so where ever your closer too i suppose you get, why they get just N i'm not sure coz there's a few for cardiff A through to O after the C which is for Cymru but can't find where the N is for? so half way there! maybe the N is bridgend where the head quaters are,???
