A467 - Risca By pass, New Camera Van location.

On the way down to Newport, in the layby (where the old foundry used to be)just before the Kwik Save roundabout.

First time I've ever seen a Think! van on this road. Not supprising there is one there now as there has been so many accidents on that roundabout this past year, myself included.
