What is the best tunnel in the area?

My nomination would be Queens Gate tunnel in Cardiff Bay.

Cardiff Bay is the best to play in, 'cos you can easily turn round and go back.
Monmouth you have to go through the bypass to get to the roundabout and BrynGlas is too busy during the day and often one bore is closed for works at night.

Anyone fancy meeting up for a tunnel run?
Maybe the next meet after the Brecon run...
How's about meeting up on Boxing Day?

The Bay tunnels are a godsend for me (I work in the building on the right when you appear on the other side!), always puts a smile on my face in the morning when i wind the windows down and the engine up!

Oooh, I am the tunnel monster, Brynglas, Cardiff bay or Monmouth, what a hoot with my straight through exhaust. Off the road for a while doing some maintenance, chassis, wheels, leather, bonnet alignment, so I am busy for a while.

Funny you should say that .. Some from south Wales cruse are meeting for a trip to Hereford for a children in need meet.. Could be fun! Tunnels on the way!
my email read

this sunday ( 19th November ) there is a charity cruise being put on up in hereford, it is for children in need! In attendance are the media covering the event. There will be a required donation of one british pound coin ( minimum ) at the event, this is a legal event also!!
The event has been organised by one of our ascociated sites MOD-GODZ so it should be a big one, there has been huge interest for this from loads of different sites!

basically it starts at 7pm, so the convoy will be leaving J33 @ 6pm in order to get there on time. Please show your support for children in need!

As you can imagine, it leans towards the younger generation who like to put big wheels on there cars and lower them till they scrape the floor.

There are some good people on there though

Thinking of tunnel runs...
If your I.C.E has an aux input, how about conecting a microphone which is located near the tip of your exhaust?
