I have someone who would like to come but won't be able to get there until 2pm due to his work commitments, would that be an issue? I appreciate he won't be able to make the briefing, would he still be OK to go out as a passenger even if he couldn't drive?
Ill speak with the team, we may be able to carry out a quick one to one and sighting lap when he arrives (required to go out on to the circuit). Will this be for the Saturday or Sunday?Buncy said:

Unfortunatly yes
That's a real shame. Is there an operational reason for this or is it just that other customers don't like it? I used to go every year, twice a year, until it got slowly killed off entirely.1. it was because it was hard to tell who was going to drift and who wasn't on the approach to a corner so caused some complaints
2. FOD (Smoking tyres down to cords and tread blocks and carcases getting shed)
Probably more down to 2 than 1 I reckon

It's a combination of the 2 above, and also....1. it was because it was hard to tell who was going to drift and who wasn't on the approach to a corner so caused some complaints

3. Our insurance frowns upon it quite severely and
4. If we deliberately damage the taxiway surface we will be banned from holding any future events whatsoever.
Sorry guys!

Buncy, or any other members of the team, do you have an answer on this yet please?

Sorry for the delayed reply! For the sake of £10 to add him I'll probably risk it....
If people are coming as passengers ONLY then they don't need a briefing or sighting lap. You will just need to let us know in advance (morning of the event is fine) and when they are at the main gate so we can escort them on. Should they wish to drive, we will make every effort to brief them and carry out a sighting lap for the odd one as obviously we can't do this for hundreds of people.
If you book him in as per normal, we will accommodate you.
Hope this helps? Foz.
