MEETING DETAILS CONFIRMED

Please can meet at 9am for a 9:15am departure.
I know it's a bit early, but we need to be onsite before 10am and I'm expecting heavy traffic around Helmingham.

This year, we shall meet at Clopton Park industrial area near Debach: MAP LINK HERE

There is a coffee shop on site to help the early start

Once there I shall exchange monies for your entry pass

Hi Darren,

Due to carb problems I'm gonna have to withdraw my R5GTT. Looks
like there's more interesting cars than my Coupe in the reserves list,
so sadly, I'll relinquish my place.

Hello everyone,

I now have the passes
I'm looking forward to seeing you all for this first Roadshow since the world turned upside down

The organisers are asking everyone be at the venue in good time, so can we all please meet as close to 9am as possible. Thank you.
If you have to drive by Helmingham on your way to the meet point please keep in mind the roads nearby may be busy with queues close to the hall itself

I have also had it confirmed our spaces are definite, with no extras permitted. If your status to attend changes, please let me know so a person on the Reserve List can fill your space. Thank you.
