Hi All,

Frustrated by the lack of meet ups and drives within Suffolk, despite being a member of various Facebook groups etc, I thought I would start my own.

If likeminded car enthusiasts want to join my newly created Suffolk Cars and Coffee group on Facebook, please feel free. If there is enough interest I am hoping to start organising a few drives out to get coffee over the winter and then start to organise some cars and coffee style events next year, maybe Spring or Summer.

I would be keen to hear from people what locations they would like to go to or any recommendations for good coffee shops, maybe with sufficient parking. How regular would you like to see it happen? What day suits better, early Sunday, Wednesday evening??

Maybe you own a coffee shop and would like us to rock up! Get in touch.

Thanks in advance
Calvin

Yes I’m interested, I was actually thinking of setting something up myself next year but a bit more focused on a meet & drive event. I have attended a few of these type events this year but have been far afield ie Kent / heartfordshire used to love Darren’s PH runs, Would be good to have a local east Anglia one again.

Great, more than happy for some help etc! Many hands and all that. I agree that meet and drives are going to be the main focus, rather than an organised event but depends on how many people are interested.

Great idea, my only reservation is the use of Farcebook, some of us have ditched social media and returned to the forum as the way to organise events.

Once we've sorted the future of PHEA out, you would be very welcome as an event organiser.

Hopefully we'll get something sorted with PH this month so we can sort out the 2023 events calendar out.

Great idea Calvin, have joined the group, if you post anything you arrange here as suggested people can join in as the want.
Be good to see you at some point Mike P, it's been far too long.

Hi Nick, hopefully once the MX is back on the road in Spring, I'll be on for some Suffolk events! Be good to see you again.

Hi Mike, definitely be great to catch up, it's been a while, try and make it if you can.
If not will see you in the summer.
Cheers
Nick.
