Yamaha Motorbike tech/ garage

Hi all.

Something two wheeled for a change. I have a 1990 Yamaha FZR 1000 Exup that needs a bit of fettling / light resto work and wondered if anyone has a reliable, knowledgable bike tech that they could recommend.
The main dealers wont touch it as parts are limited and not their sort of thing.
Ideally based in South Norfolk but can always ride/trailer it to them.
