Picked a good friend and his wife up from Heathrow last night.
They have been living in Auckland for 20 years and the last time they were in England was 1994.

So what happened? The M25 was closed both ways to and from the airport because of an accident.
We ended up going up the North Circular and would you believe it they were resurfacing the road at Hanger Lane!!
Took us forever to get home.
Not exactly a good start for them was it?

The only good thing about this country, is I have 535hp Ultima GTR on my drive, something that is not possible in NZ at present

Gary

I think your country is great and would love to go again

I was going by the posts you guys having problems with
getting TVR's etc into the country.

Phew - I thought you knew something I didn't!

Actually Ultimas should be fine as they are produced in much less than 200 units a year so that means kits or fully built cars can be brought in no problem.

I'm working on finishing the mods to my Chimaera so I can sell it and buy a GTR.

I can sure recommend an Ultima. Insane performance as Jamie knows!

If you need any help at this end let me know.

My friend in Auckland imported a lot of antique furniture a few years back. He used to hire refridgerated containers which were very resonable rates. (All your NZ lamb arrives here that way)

Good luck!

Gary
