MX-5 Specialist in Bielefeld?

A friend of mine has blown his engine on a 2007 Mazda MX-5 (NC) 2.0 Sport. He lives in Bielefeld and needs to find a MX-5 specialist in the general area. He has already received a quote for a new engine from a local mechanic (€10k..!!!) so he needs help find/fitting a second hand unit.
He doesn’t want to find another MX-5, because he has invested time and money doing the car up to his specification so really wants to hold on to it.
Any ideas/information would be much appreciated.
